Lead Web Developer
Own the digital presence of Retrospx and our portfolio ecommerce brands. You'll architect and ship production-grade web infrastructure across multiple brands, lead front-end and full-stack initiatives, and set the engineering standard for a growing team. We're looking for someone with deep experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, performance-minded CSS, and the judgment to build systems that compound rather than rot.
AI / LLM Engineers
Build the AI layer that makes Retrospx's portfolio operate more intelligently. Applied work — retrieval pipelines, agent systems, LLM-driven operations tooling, customer experience automation across our ecommerce and telecom portfolio. This isn't research. It's engineering in production against measurable P&L.
Permitting Processor
Work directly with Frank R. on the execution side of Retrospx's infrastructure investments. You'll manage permitting workflows across multiple jurisdictions — zoning, environmental review, utility interconnection, municipal approvals — for tower and data center projects. This role is the unglamorous center of our infrastructure edge. Without it, nothing gets built.
Architects
Physical design for Retrospx's tower and data center investments. Structural, electrical, and site design across our portfolio. You'll work alongside civil engineering, permitting, and construction partners, owning the design leg of projects from site acquisition through commissioning.
Supply Chain Manager
Own procurement and logistics across Retrospx's ecommerce portfolio and the physical supply chain of our infrastructure builds. Vendor negotiation, inventory strategy, 3PL management, and the coordination between our portfolio brands and our operational platform.
